Our Booking Process

About Your Booking

The first step of booking your perfect stay with Silver Shells Lanzarote is to get in touch with us!

Follow our handy enquiry form (please make sure to double check your email address. If it’s misspelled, we cannot reply to your enquiry!). You’ll be asked to either select which specific properties you’re interested in staying in or to chose which resort you’re interested in.

If you’re making a more general enquiry, please help us to help you by selecting any specific features you’d prefer your dream property to have (number of bedrooms, private pool, sea view, etc.).

We aim to reply to all enquiries as soon as possible (usually within a couple of hours).

If you decide to book a property, you’ll be sent our standard booking form containing the terms & conditions of your reservation. Please make sure to read this carefully and send back the fully completed form as soon as possible.

You will also be asked to pay a 25% deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit is payable to the individual property owner as specified on your booking form.

As soon as we have both your booking form and deposit, you’ll receive a full confirmation email with your reservation details.

The remaining balance of your booking is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival in Lanzarote.

Around 14 days before your holiday, you will receive your arrival instructions and a link to Villa Check In. It is a legal requirement in Spain for all guests of holiday accommodation to provide the identification information requested to register prior to check in. You can read the Spanish Government decree in English here 

The day before your arrival, provided you have entered your ID information on the Villa Check In site, you will be provided with your self-check in information including the property’s full address, gate codes & key box codes as required for your selected property.

You will also need to pay your property’s refundable damages deposit at this time too. Depending on your selected property this is between €100 to €250 and will be refunded to your account within 72 hours of your departure provided no damages have been caused.

If your stay is 10 nights or more, you will receive a change of bed linen and towels during your stay. The date and time of your linen change will be provided to you in your welcome document.

We sincerely hope that you enjoy your holiday with us, but in the event that you do have any questions or if you encounter any problems during your stay, we are contactable via phone/whatsapp and aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
