This two bedroomed, refurbished apartment is on the quiet Las Orquideas complex in central Puerto del Carmen. The apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with built in wardrobes, windows and good lighting. The apartment is larger than average.

The spacious, airy living area has contemporary furniture, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, TV with UK and international channels (via internet), and dining area. The apartment is redecorated and has new floor tiles in the main living area.

The apartment also benefits from a new fitted kitchen – this has a full-sized oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine.

A new bathroom has also been installed, with large walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a large terrace, furnished with table, chairs with cushions and two adjustable sunloungers. The terrace looks onto the communal pool area.

The communal pool has sunloungers, is usually peaceful, and there is a separate kids’ pool

The apartment has free Wi-Fi. There are fans in the lounge and both bedrooms. Safety deposit box free for guests to use.

The apartment is ground floor, but there are approximately 12 steps from street level.

There is parking directly outside the complex and in the street alongside. Taxis and buses are plentiful and frequent, and can be found just 7 minutes walk away. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away, and a corner shop just 1 minute away.

Less than 10 minutes’ walk brings you to the centre of the promenade and the golden sands of Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen’s main beach.
