Location, location….This individual, 3 bedroomed town house is just a one minute walk away from the main seafront of Puerto del Carmen and the huge golden sand Playa Grande beach. Enjoy stunning sea and mountain views from the roof terrace.

The property is a real home from home and sleeps 1 to 6 guests in comfort. This property is unique and versatile in that it is a town house consisting of a ground floor apartment which sleeps maximum four guests, plus a separate self-contained studio apartment sleeping two.

Guests can choose to rent this property as a two bedroomed apartment, and just use the main ground floor apartment and the roof terrace, or as a three bedroomed property to include the studio. If the two bedroomed option is your choice, you can rest assured that we never rent out the studio separately.

The main 2 bedroomed apartment is ground floor and is comprised of:

Lounge: The property enjoys a light and airy, open plan living/dining area. The lounge has a large comfortable leather sofa, and flat screen TV with UK channels. There is Wi-Fi throughout.  The lounge has a comfortable double sofa bed. The lounge opens onto a sun porch.

Kitchen: The property has a spacious and well-equipped kitchen – ideal for those who want to prepare their own meals whilst away! Full oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is plentiful crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils, and lots of cupboard space.

Master Bedroom: The main bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobes and drawers, full length mirror, safety deposit box, mosquito netting on windows and a fan.

Bedroom 2: A compact bedroom with a single bed and drawers, mirror, window with mosquito netting, and fan.

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with walk in shower, dual wash-basins, toilet. Mirrors, storage, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and opening window.

Outside: The outside areas provide options to have sun and shade all day long and are very relaxing places to sit. The lower terrace has a covered area with a table and chairs with cushions, perfect for alfresco dining, and two sunloungers. There is a retractable sun awning and a parasol for when you want shade. The upstairs terrace is a real feature, having a table and chairs where you can sit and admire the lovely sea and mountain views, and two sunloungers to enjoy the sun trap.

The upper terrace and the studio apartment are accessed via an exterior flight of stairs which may be considered steep, and so may also not be suitable for those with mobility problems.

The upper studio apartment is comprised of:

A self-contained space with a double bed, and shower room with walk in shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside the studio is the upper terrace, which has fabulous sea and mountain views. The Studio Apartment is on the first floor and is accessed externally.

The property is surrounded by high walls. Parking is available on the roads around the property.

There is a safety deposit box for guests to use in the main apartment, and free wifi throughout.

The property is located on Calle Gofio, which is a quiet street of mostly residential properties, right in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. The street is pedestrianised and has gradual steps down to the seafront. A 15 minute walk takes you to the picturesque Old Town with its great seafood restaurants.
