Booking Management & Marketing

We list your property on major holiday rental platforms, including Airbnb, Simply Owners, Holiday Lettings, and Tripadvisor.
Your property is also featured on our website and several local sites.
Our active Facebook page, with over 4,000 followers, regularly showcases properties to generate new enquiries.
We respond promptly to enquiries, understanding that potential guests often wish to book without delay.

Administrative Support

As legally self-employed professionals in Lanzarote, we provide monthly invoices suitable for your accountant.
Monthly statements of occupancy and updated booking sheets keep you informed about your property’s performance.
We handle the mandatory registration of all guests with the Guardia Civil within 24 hours of their arrival.

Cleaning & Maintenance Services

We offer a fixed price for cleaning after guest departures.
Mid-stay changes of bed linen, towels, and property freshen-ups are available for longer stays.
Each property owner receives a cleaning checklist detailing our commitments for every clean.
We carry out routine small maintenance jobs to ensure your property is kept feeling fresh.
We ensure that any damage to your property is reported & dealt with quickly and efficiently.

 

Additional Services

We collaborate with several pool cleaning companies, gardeners, and maintenance providers. We can arrange these services for your property, or you’re welcome to use your own service providers.
