We can list your property and handle enquiries and bookings from all the main holiday rental platforms including Airbnb, Home Away, Holiday Lettings and Tripadvisor. We also feature your property on our own website, and several other local sites. We have a Facebook page with over 2000 followers, and regularly feature each property to generate new enquiries. We respond quickly to enquiries, as we know that potential guests are often keen to book without delay. As we are legally self employed in Lanzarote, we provide invoices at the end of each month, which you can submit to your accountant. Each month we also provide monthly statements of occupancy, and an updated bookings sheet, so you can always see what the next few months has in store. It's a legal requirement for all guests staying in holiday rental properties in Lanzarote to be registered with the police (Guardia Civil) within 24 hours of their arrival. We can handle this for owners.
We offer a fixed price for cleaning after your guests have departed. We can also provide mid stay changes of bed linen, towels and property freshen ups, if you have guests staying longer. We provide each property owner with a cleaning checklist, which tells you exactly what we commit to do at each and every clean. We work with several pool cleaning companies, gardeners and maintenance providers, and can arrange any of these services for your property, or you’re free to use your own service providers.
If you just want to have peace of mind that someone is checking your property on a weekly basis and ensuring that everything is as you left it, we can be key holders and caretakers.
