Casa Barroni is located in a small, private residential area of Faro Park.

This modern, three bedroomed, two bathroomed villa has a heated private pool two hot tubs, and sea and mountain views!

The villa is modern, bright and airy, and has lots of tasteful and colourful decorations.

The villa is detached, and sits on a large plot with well-maintained gardens filled with Canarian plants.

The villa has lots of extras to make your stay comfortable. There is free Wi-Fi, and UK TV channels are available, so that you can watch all your favourite programmes.

On the ground floor is a lounge with leather sofas and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, and a dining room seating 6 guests which also has patio doors onto the terrace.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor – one with a double bed, and one with twin beds – both have views onto the pool.

The well-equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

There is a full bathroom downstairs with a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The master bedroom has television, a dressing area, and two private sunbathing terraces with sea and mountain views. The upper terraces have a hot tub, sun loungers and a full set of table and chairs.

The ground floor outdoor area has a beautiful heated pool with a cover, and hot tub, Canarian barbeque, 3 outdoor seated areas for alfresco dining, or shade from the sun under the pergola. Raised garden walls allow our guests privacy and shelter whilst they relax in the sun. For family entertainment there is a pool table, a table tennis table and dartboard.

The property has lots of extras such as a hairdryer in each bathroom, pool towels, safety deposit box (free to use), and we provide a welcome pack with water, wine, juice, tea, coffee and milk.

There is coin operated air con in the master bedroom, ground floor double bedroom and lounge area.

There is parking directly outside the door of the villa.

Casa Barroni is just a 5 minute walk from the coastal path and 8-10 minute walk to the Faro Park amenities.

Faro Park has great selection of restaurants and bars. There is a small, well-stocked supermarket.

Playa Blanca town centre is just 10 minutes by car or taxi, or you can take the Playa Blanca circular bus which stops at Faro Park shops. You can also walk all the way along the seafront path, which takes about 45 minutes.

Great villa, probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. Loved the outdoor space and the pool and the 2 hot tubs! Supermarket and some lovely restaurants just a short walk away. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend.

10/10 Perfection

I don’t even know where to start. Everything from start to finish was perfect. We received a lot of informations before arrival, including tips for trips and restaurants and everything we needed to know about villa. Perfect communication. Check in was really easy as you just take keys from safety box. And villa? Omg just amazing!!!! There are even two jacuzzi’s. Villa is fabulous, garden even better and pool temperature- just perfect as it was a bit windy and cloudy. We never go to same place twice, we came back last week and already thinking about going back there is also box with toys for kids which is really handy, high chair, travel cot.. everything you need in kitchen etc.. we had the best holiday ever!!! Will definitely be back one day.

10/10 Great villa

This villa was perfect for us. Spacious and with everything you would hope for. The pool was a delight – the warmest I’ve ever had the pleasure to swim in on holiday. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The location was fantastic – a short walk to the local shops and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurants; we ate out every night and all the meals were good. The local wine from the Yaiza vineyard was very good too.

10/10 Wonderful villa – has everything you need

The villa was ideal for us – family of four with two older teenagers – there were two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs (which the kids had) and we were upstairs with a large bedroom and en-suite. The villa is perfectly located near some shops and excellent restaurants. The outside space is great with a good sized pool and hot-tub. The decoration throughout is lovely and we couldn’t wish for more in a villa. We were lucky to have great weather too.

10/10 Excellent villa in the perfect location.

This was our third visit to Lanzarote and it was definitely the best villa we’d stayed in and in a convenient location. We were only 5 minutes walk from the seafront near the lighthouse in Playa Blanca and once there we could walk for miles in either direction. It was great to see the huge Atlantic waves crashing onto the rocks. We were also only a few minutes away from local supermarkets and several restaurants. The villa was very clean, modern and well-equipped. There were several outside seating areas and we loved watching the sun set from the large upstairs balcony. We really enjoyed the heated swimming pool, which we had not expected to use in February. Overall we had an excellent holiday in glorious weather and definitely hope to return to Casa Barroni.

10/10 Beautiful villa in an amazing location

We recently spent a week at this stunning villa. We traveled as a group of 3 adults, this being my second visit to Casa Barroni in the last year. The villa is immaculate with excellent facilities and furnished to a very high standard. The others in the group were so impressed with the location and views from the villa. The heated pool ( it felt like a warm bath!) and huge hot tub were fantastic and very private. The villa is a 2 minute walk to the local shops/cafes and restaurants. The number one restaurant in Lanzarote ‘Coentro’ as voted on Tripadvisor) is across the road and is incredible so well worth a visit. Angela the owner is extremely helpful and you can see she takes immense pride in her property, always at the end of the phone if you have any questions. I have stayed in many villas in numerous places over the years and Casa Barroni is the best by far. Don’t delay and book now you will not be disappointed

We loved our stay at Casa Barroni. It had everything you could possibly need and more. Tbe pool was a perfect temperature. The hot tubs were a nice touch. The villa is in easy walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shops. We will be sure to book in the future.

Everything about the villa, from layout to location was perfect. The villa was very well equipped but also very functional, comfortable & had really nice homely touches. The location in regards to shops, restaurants etc is great. Only a short drive to the main strip. And with views of the mountains, sea you can’t go wrong. I would say the pictures of the villa don’t do it justice!
